Marco Aurelio Guimaraes (L) a forensic pathologist carries the remains of what appears to be a former Brazilian araguaia guerilla fighter while crossing the araguaia river by boat with his team back to Xambioa. Guerillas were captured, tortured and executed in the Amazon jungle by the Brazilian Armed forces during the military dictatorship in Brazil.
